HISTORY, VISION, MISSION, & VALUES

History

The Nonprofit Incubator of Beaverton (NPIB) was initiated by Mayor Lacey Beaty and a team of local citizens passionate about serving the community. Their vision and successful grant applications provided funding to launch NPIB programming in Fall 2023. The grant funds will also be used to build out a collaborative “Incubator” space in the Beaverton Round Executive Suites on the 3rd floor of the Beaverton Building / City Hall. The Nonprofit Incubator is a partnership with the Oregon Startup Center. Their combined programming provides mentorship and ongoing support for businesses and nonprofits in Beaverton and surrounding communities.

Vision

A vibrant and diverse network of nonprofit organizations working collaboratively to enhance quality of life and ensure equitable access to programs and services.

Mission

NPIB’s mission is to help build the capacity and community impact of nonprofit organizations delivering services in Beaverton and Washington County. We do this through educational programming, consultation, and on-site services with a strong focus on creating opportunities for historically underserved and marginalized communities.

Values

Our virtual assistants provide you with the support you need to run your business smoothly. From scheduling appointments to managing your emails, we take care of the administrative tasks so you can focus on growing your business.
