OSC helps entrepreneurs start companies by providing incubation services, including mentoring, workshops, conference rooms with wifi, large screen and whiteboard, work stations by reservation, networking, and introductions. These services are provided in three programs:
All early-stage growth startups are invited to apply for our Incubator Services at OSC. After reviewing the application and meeting with the team, OSC will accept the startup into our program we believes that the OSC services would benefit the startup. Residents receive the OSC services described below at no additional cost.

The Challenge is an annual program in which the city and the Westside Startup Fund each contribute funding to create a seed fund to support investments each year in a small number of startups. The goal is to help startups kick-start their business with an investment, coaching, mentoring, and other services from the OSC.
OTBC created the VIP program with funding from the Oregon Community Foundation. VIP delivers workshops and mentoring via interactive video to companies all over Oregon.
